Benedicta “Dick” Du-Baladad is the founding partner, chair and CEO. Fulvio “Fulvs” D. Dawilan is the managing Partner in-charge of HR and administrative matters. Irwin Nidea, heads the Litigation Unit of the Firm, while Rodel C. Unciano, is in-charge of the support staff.

They have likewise practiced before Philippine Courts such as the Regional Trial Court (RTC), the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA), and the Supreme Court (SC), representing clients on various tax concerns.
