Mary Grace P. Domatog
Junior Associate

Mary Grace P. Domatog is a Junior Associate of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She is a CPA-Lawyer and practices in taxation, litigation, and general corporate law.

Before joining BDB Law’s litigation unit, she worked as a tax specialist under the Firm’s tax compliance unit. As a tax specialist, she handled tax compliance reviews to assess the overall level of tax compliance as well as customs compliance of companies with existing BIR and customs laws & regulations. She also conducts due diligence reviews and assists Companies in preparing their tax returns.

Now, Grace handles tax assessments and claims for refund before administrative bodies such as BIR and Local Government Units. She likewise undertakes corporate services and also appears before the Court of Tax Appeals for tax litigations.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Saint Louis University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Arellano University School of Law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 and joined the firm in the same year.

Grace is a sports, dance, and music enthusiast. She loves to play badminton and enjoys dancing and listening to music during her free time.
