Keithley Mei “Keith” T. de Luna is a Semi-Senior Accountant (Tax Specialist) of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law).

At BDB Law, Keith handles tax compliance reviews to assess the overall level of tax compliance with existing BIR laws & regulations. She assists companies in preparing their tax returns and supports lawyers with their various engagements.

Her sector of expertise includes Banking, Manufacturing, Merchandising, Marketing, and Insurance.

Prior to joining BDB Law, Keith was a junior consultant at Isla Lipana and Co. (PwC Philippines), one of the big accounting firms in the country. At PwC, she focused mainly on the taxation of individuals and provided assistance to expatriates under the Global Mobility Services division.

Keith has never won a Christmas raffle until she joined BDB Law. She loves singing but singing is still trying to like her, yet tax is a successful suitor.
