Senior Associate
Sunshine “Shine” S. Red is a Senior Associate of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law). She is a CPA-Lawyer and practices in taxation, litigation, and general corporate law.
Before joining BDB Law, she worked as an Accountant in various Corporations where she handled tax compliance and preparation of financial reports.
At BDB Law, Shine handles tax assessments, claim for refund in the administrative bodies such as BIR and Local Government Units. She likewise handles requests for rulings, applications for tax treaty relief, and undertakes corporate services and regularly appears before the Court of Tax Appeals for tax litigations.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 2013 and her Juris Doctor degree in 2019 from Jose Rizal University. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020 and joined the firm in 2021.
Shine is an art and music enthusiast. She loves to draw and enjoys listening to music during her free time.
