Rodel C. Unciano
Partner

Rodel C. Unciano is a Partner of BDB Law. Being an accountant and lawyer for over 15 years, his expertise spans in tax litigation, handling tax disputes and assessments, claims for refund, tax advisory, tax planning, and other corporate services.

Likewise, he addresses queries on tax and general corporate law concerns and conducts research on tax issues affecting individual and corporate taxpayers. His industry specialization includes banking and financial institutions, insurance, manufacturing, and power and energy.

Rodel is also responsible for the supervision of the Firm’s administrative affairs. To streamline the access to the Firm’s voluminous files for tax opinions, pleadings, rulings, assessments, and other significant documents, Rodel spearheaded the implementation of the BDB Law e-Library, a secure internal electronic library designed to create a sustainable and easy access to organize and maintain systematically all necessary and strictly confidential information of the Firm’s clients and stakeholders.

Rodel has active memberships in the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) and the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP).
