Earlier today, the 5th BDB Law- FINEX: TOP AGENDA 2018, discussed the developments in the implementation of the Philippine Identification System, more commonly known as the National ID System. This was undertaken primarily to understand how it can be linked to bolster financial inclusion, which is a major advocacy of FINEX.
