BIR Partners with BDB Law for Transfer Pricing Training
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), in partnership with BDB Law conducted a Transfer Pricing training to enhance the capability of the examiners in transfer pricing audits. International transfer pricing experts, Mr. Sam Sim and James Yeo of WTS Taxise Singapore were invited as resource speakers.
The topic was primarily on transfer pricing controversy, digital taxation and its impact on transfer pricing, and the future of transfer pricing. This was held at the BIR National Training Center, on January 21, 2020.
