Objective:

This lesson should guide you on how to manage the rotating banner found at the top of the home page. 

Things to remember:

1. The rotating banner is an animated gif file. It is a series of images presented sequentially in a given order transitioning every five (5) seconds.
2. All the pictures or images used for the animated gif banner should be consistent at 2100 x 945 pixels.
3. You can create this animated gif using an online tool like https://gifmaker.me/

Step process:

1. At the backend, upload the animated gif file you created to your media folder.
2. Navigate to Extensions > Modules.
3. In the Search filter box, type in 'Home'
4. Click on the module title 'Home: GIF Slideshow'
5. Click Edit Particle
6. In the Image field, click the media icon to open the media folder and navigate to the folder where you saved your animated gif file and select the file.
7. Click Apply then Save & Close
